Narain Bala
Twenty years in product development, SaaS and UX — most of it inside organisations where a missed launch date was measured in millions.
Narain started Product On Point after two decades of building products inside brands like CNN and WebMD, where the constraint was never talent — it was clarity about what to build next.
Founders kept hiring him for the same reason: an engineering team that does not ship fast enough, a roadmap nobody agrees on, and a launch date that keeps moving. Product On Point exists to put senior product judgement into companies that can't justify hiring it full time.
He works directly on every engagement. The team scales around him — creative, research, engineering — but the product decisions stay with the person the client hired.

If you want to make a difference as a product manager, make sure the work you're bringing is quality that an engineer or a designer feels like, 'I want to come in and work with this person'
